I have always thought of Christmas time, when it has come round, as a good time; a kind, forgiving, charitable time; the only time I know of, in the long calendar of the year, when men and women seem by one consent to open their shut-up hearts freely, and to think of people below them as if they really were fellow passengers to the grave, and not another race of creatures bound on other journeys.

Any chances you'll make to the design?
I normally think of red eyes on wolves as Gary-Stu/Mary-Sue, but I actually REALLY like how his eyes go with his overall design. While I'd normally change the eyes, I'm going to keep them the same in this instance.
No, there's nothing I'd change about the totally awesome design that this little guy currently has.
What is his favorite holiday tradition and what holiday does he do it for?
Shmuel might have a Jewish name and be Jewish in origin, but he's not Jewish in religion. He loves Christmas the most, and will often celebrate it with family and friends. He absolutely adores painting, and his Christmas tradition is to paint an entire portrait of one important character (or group of characters) in the traditional Nativity Story every single year. He started with baby Jesus, then the next year he did Mary, then Joseph; and last year, he drew the shepherds with their sheep. This year, he plans on drawing King Herod.
