Rioji Number:
Rioji #61
Rioji's Name:
Vision
Gender:
Male
His favorite hobby and why: (300 word limit)
His favorite hobby is helping others, normally by volunteering his time at soup kitchens or homeless shelters. He often will help out at schools for young riojis or act as a server at restaurants. He gets such joy when he gives someone something...far more than he'd ever have obtaining something. He never expects anything for his actions, as the only reward he expects is the gleeful smile on his face when he's finished helping those in need. As for why this is Vision's favorite hobby, well, that's a long story. When he was little, he was constantly picked on and made fun of, what with his brightly-colored green coat, so unusual for a rioji to have. One day, as he was walking past a group of riojis, he happened to see them picking on a smaller rioji who couldn't fend for himself. Seeing this poor little fellow being picked on by the larger riojis sent Vision's blood boiling. He immediately sprung into action, sticking up for the little one and fending off the bullies. He cam out of it with a few scratches and bruises, but he felt good about what he'd done for the kid. From that point on, every time he walked past the rioji he'd helped, he'd get a smile and wave from the boy...and while they went their separate ways after they both came of age, Vision still remembers that little boy he helped all those years ago, and it still puts a smile on his face. This was the starting point of his life of service, his longing to help others and to rid the world of cruelty. He often thinks that if one being can make a difference, why not have it be himself?
